Lights & Leashes sponsored by Country Financial is our dog-friendly walking event where anyone can experience the magic of Winter Wonderland at their own pace. Take a leisurely stroll and see over a millions holiday lights up close! Holiday outfits are encouraged for humans and dogs alike. Dogs are not required to attend this crowd-favorite event!

Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Strollers are allowed for kiddos but for safety purposes, no bikes, scooters, skates, or motorized vehicles are allowed at this event. There is also no designated dog potty area, so please pick up after your pups!

The entrance is located just north of the Delta Park/Vanport Park & Ride parking lot. We recommend using Google Maps to find us! Get driving directions here.
Tickets to Lights & Leashes sponsored by Country Financial are sold individually, not by carload. Dogs must stay on a leash. Free parking is available for attendees at Portland International Raceway. This is a walking night only. Strollers are allowed for children. However, no cars, motorized vehicles, roller blades, bikes, scooters, or skateboards will be allowed on the track.
